Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card using PayPal on the burdenbasket.co.uk website or, if
preferred, by BACS transfer to Lloyds TSB Account No 42700768 / Sort Code 30-64-18.
Cheques are acceptable but must be received 7 days or more before the training.

Alternatively, if you require an invoice to be forwarded to you or your organisation, please ensure
that you complete the details clearly on the front of the form. The invoice should be paid within
28 days of its issue date.

Refund Policy and Cancellations
Training organised by the burden basket is financially self-supporting and a minimum number of
delegates is required for each event. If an event is cancelled, delegates who have completed a
booking form will be given as much notice as possible (normally at least 7 days prior to the event
date) and given either a full refund (if paid in full) or the option to transfer to another date.

Delegates who wish to cancel their places must do so in writing, at least 7 business days prior to
the event to receive a full refund. If no cancellation in writing is received within this time, then
the full training fee will be charged. Delegate substitutions can be made at any time without
charge.

Once your completed booking form has been received, this represents a firm booking unless we
advise you to the contrary. Provisional bookings are not accepted.

Data protection notice – In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the data provided will
be processed and only used for the purposes of training administration and thereafter only for
statistical and research purposes.
