Network Performance Group Launches Network Monitoring Product CoreWatch
River City Network Performance Group today announced the launch of a new network monitoring service called CoreWatch.

Responding to demand by service providers across the country and supporting various platforms including Internet Service
Providers (ISP), Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP), WiMax based WISP's, Internet Telephony Service Providers
(ITSP's) and Next Generation Providers, CoreWatch was developed to augment a providers existing systems by pinging the
core elements from the outside, looking in. CoreWatch monitors up to 10 core elements including the core router(s),
switch(s) and servers supporting AAA, email and web services. In the even of an alarm, the provider is notified of such
following a predetermined escalation list using telephone calls and even short text messages to cell phones.
