                       BOOKING / PAYMENT INFORMATION
1. On receipt of your reservation form, your booking will be reconfirmed and your credit card will be
   authorised with 1 night cost of your stay.
2. Cancellation policy:
   - Cancellations of any hotel reservations will be accepted until June 15, 2012, up to which date the
   deposit will be refunded. We regret that there will be no deposit refund after that date.
   -In case of cancellation within 7 days and 24hours before arrival date, the room rate for 2 nights shall be
   paid as penalty.
   - If you check out before the confirmed departure date or in case of no-show the hotel reserves the right to
   charge you for all nights reserved.
3. Check-in time: from 14 PM, check-out: until 12 AM.
4. We cannot guarantee that hotel accommodation will be available on special prices for request made after
   June 15, 2012.
