Basic Information
 1 The Government estimates the annual Full Time Equivalent (FTE) to be 1,880 direct hours per year for CONUS and OCONUS

PRIME CONTRACTOR DIRECTIONS:
 1. Fill in only those cells that are highlighted in blue:
    a. Enter your company name at the top of the Summary sheet.
 2. Forward the appropriate Subcontractor Pricing Model to each subcontractor.

SUBCONTRACTOR DIRECTIONS:
 1. Fill in only those cells that are highlighted in yellow:
    a. Enter your company name at the top of the Summary sheet.
    b. Provide the information requested on the Other Labor Data sheet if required (see 3 below).
