							                   Car Loan Promotion/Drawing Official Rules


1. The Car Loan Promotion/Drawing will begin January 2010.
2. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Only members who
   finance their car loans through LifeWay Credit Union and are 18 years or older
   are eligible to participate in the Hi-Def TV Drawing. Officials, committee
   members, employees and their family members are not eligible to participate.
   There will be one drawing each month for one television prize. LifeWay Credit
   Union reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of this promotion at any
   time without notice.
3. Eligible persons are automatically entered into the drawing when they finance
   their car through LifeWay Credit Union.
4. One prize consisting of a 32” High Definition LCD Television will be awarded in a
   random drawing from all eligible entries each month. Winner is responsible for
   additional equipment and programming required to view high definition content.
   Drawings will be held in the Credit Union office on the last business day of each
   month during the promotion after 3:00 PM. Members need not be present to win.
   All decisions are in the sole and absolute discretion of LifeWay Credit Union.
   Winner will be notified by telephone, house mail or U.S. mail. Prize is non-
   transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted. The Credit Union
   reserves the right to draw for an additional winner if the Credit Union cannot
   contact and transfer the prize to the original winner within a reasonable amount of
   time after the drawing.
5. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold LifeWay Credit Union and its
   directors, officers, employees and agents harmless against any and all claims and
   liabilities arising out of any injury or damage that may be caused or claimed to
   be caused as a result of winning, receipt, or use of the prize.
6. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
7. By accepting prize, the winner grants LifeWay Credit Union the right to use his or
   her name and photograph for promotional purposes.
8. By entering the drawing, all participants accept and agree to be bound by these
   Drawing Rules. Any violation or non-compliance with these rules will result in
   disqualification.
9. This drawing is void where prohibited by law.
