GUIDELINES FOR PURCHASING MATERIAL
Because of the rapid growth in programs sponsored by and offered by Loyola’s Center
for Science and Math Education, it is necessary to begin adopting more standardized
means of purchasing equipment and materials. As such, I must ask that you follow the
guidelines presented here and use the form linked to this page (and only this form).
1. You can use the $500 budget only to purchase new equipment. We cannot any longer
reimburse you for equipment/material purchased by your school.
2. All requests must be accompanied by the form found a the link below. You should
complete one full set of information for each vendor from whom you order. All forms
must be completely filled out and submitted to me either in person or electronically at
