RE: Peel Standard Condominium Corporation No. 788 -Visitors Parking Policy
Please be advised that effective August 1, 2007 Security Advisors Group Inc. has been
retained by the Corporation to monitor and enforce the visitors parking area during the
day as well as in the evening.
Residents are not permitted to park their vehicles in the visitors parking at any time and
will be subject to immediate enforcement by way of ticketing or towing. “Visitors
parking” is reserved for legitimate guests to our community.
Please be respectful of the parking enforcement policy, which is in place for the benefit
of the entire community, and be aware that the requirement to provide services for
residential vehicles, not legitimate guests’ vehicles may impact your monthly
Please note you may register a guest vehicle with Security Advisors Group Inc. a
maximum of eight times per a thirty-day period. (Please see attached instruction
sheet) Property Management must approve any/all extensions to this policy and you are
required to contact them in advance of the stay of the vehicle otherwise the vehicle will
be subject to ticketing or towing procedures under this policy.
To register a vehicle you must call 416-410-3355 and provide the information requested
