The Hospitality Asset Managers Association invites you to attend the Spring 2011
HAMA Meeting at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, California on April 6-7,
2011. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Broadreach Capital
Partners/Maritz Wolff & Co. for hosting the Spring 2011 meeting.

MEMBERS ONLY FORUM

The Members Only Forum will begin at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 6th and run until
6:00 pm. We encourage all members to attend the Members Only Forum. Topics to be
covered include:
    Legislative Update
    Brand Table Discussions

WELCOME RECEPTION

The Welcome Reception will be held from 6:30-9:00 pm on the Avalon Terrace located
at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. You may not want to make dinner reservations since the
reception will include food stations and heavy appetizers.

GENERAL SESSION

The meeting will start at 8:00 am on Thursday, April 7th and will end at 1:30 pm.

    Restoring Profitability Panel – Meeting Planners Perspective
    Food & Beverage Panel
    Trends in Debt & Equity
    Managing Property Tax Valuations
