DEVELOPER/BUILDER:      Developed for and by Bright Sign Company. The site was engineered by Stackhouse Bensinger,
                        Inc. and the building engineer was Innovative Design Consultants, Inc. and Bluewater
                        Construction Services was the general contractor.
CONSTRUCTION:           The exterior is split face block and architectural vertical steel siding by “Star Buildings”. The
                        building has a steel superstructure w/ steel open web bar joists and a pitched roof (1/2” / 1’)
                        topped with Star Galvalume standing seam roof panels. Floors are smooth sealed reinforced
                        concrete, 6” thick on ground floor and 3 1/2” on upper floor and “stamp concrete” finish and
                        carpet in office areas. Fixed pane, 3/4”, insulated aluminum framed windows allow for ample
                        natural light into the building. The north bay of the upper floor was constructed to allow for the
                        weight of two truck trailers to enter. This bay also has steel crane rail lugs provided at 9’ 6”
                        above FF sized for a 3,000 lb bridge crane. Office lighting is primarily 2’ x 4’ parabolic and
                        industrial is T-5 Florescent. Doors are a mix solid and hollow core w/ natural stain finish.

                                                               (40.443893, -75.968137).[1]
                                                               According to the United States Census Bureau, the
                                                               borough has a total area of 0.8 square miles (2.1 km2), of
                                                               which, 0.7 square miles (1.8 km2) of it is land and 0.04
                                                               square miles (0.10 km2) of it (4.00%) is water.
