If you are interested in learning more Thai, the continued education program of
Hawaii is offering some very inexpensive classes at Farrington High School on
Saturday mornings. The State of Hawaii picks up a lot of the cost of the class so
it is even cheaper than getting it in Thailand. You need to register for the class
at Farrington HS. The registration dates are August 11 – 23, 2008 and classes
begin 13 Sep 08. For more information on registration you can call Farrington HS

THEY HAVE 2 CLASSES:

Thai A (Beginning Thai) mostly conversational Thai with a little bit of training in
beginning to learn Thai alphabet. This class is from 0800-1000 hrs Sat and costs $40 for
the entire term (Sep – Nov).

Thai B (Advanced Thai – more like an intermediate class) learn a little more about Thai
alphabet, practice conversational Thai, and begin to read at the elementary school
level. This class is from 1000-1200 hrs and costs $40 for the entire term (Sep – Nov).

No grade involved and no homework unless you want some – learn at your own pace.
