1 Introduction



1.1 Purpose of this document

The purpose of this document is to:

• set out the impacts of the changes implemented by the initiative across the business

• obtain stakeholder sign-offs

• assist business areas directly affected by the change to identify and prepare for the likely impacts

• engage the relevant areas to provide subject matter expertise to work with the Change Manager, to identify

impacts and develop appropriate action plans. Subject matter experts will then be accountable for ongoing

management of associated enquiries.

This document covers impacts to the business as a result of the implementation of the change. It does not cover

change impacts prior to implementation. These are set out in the Change Management Plan and are managed by the

Change Manager.
