     CBRE’s presence in Southern China began in the early 1990s, when we were commissioned to
     offer property management services, conduct a variety of feasibility and development studies,
     and launch sales and marketing campaigns for some major commercial and residential projects
     in Hong Kong as well as in overseas markets. Over the years, the steady economic growth of the
     Pearl River Delta Region has brought an increasing demand for professional real estate services
     from governments, financial institutions, developers, investors and multinational corporations.
     With the formal establishment of an office in Guangzhou in 1996 and an office in Shenzhen in
     2007, CBRE is well positioned as one of the major real estate service providers in the region,
     covering Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Guizhou, and Hainan Provinces.


     世邦魏理仕从九十年代初就已进入华南地区房地产市场,为开发商提供物业管理以及各种可行性

  CBRE established a presence in Hong Kong in 1978 and has been operating in China since the company was
  appointed as the leasing consultant in relation to Tower One of the China World Trade Centre in Beijing in
  1988. CBRE has also had an operation in Taiwan since 1990.
