What Is Tacfit Survival?

Tacfit Survival is a fitness platform which was derived from 15 years discussion between two
martial artists, Alberto Gallazzi & Scott Sonnon.

Gallazzi, a special forces police consultant, former airborne commando, dignitary protection agent
& full contact jiu-jitsu world champion, wanted to create a fitness platform which would enable
people to achieve a 'fighters shape' but without the individual having to experience physical
combat to achieve the desired results.

From Gallazzi's experience, he wanted a fitness regime which would produce fantastic results, but
without being time consuming, or causing excessive stress or injury on the body. Being assigned
to protect high profile clientele such as George Clooney, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez & Gwyneth
Paltrow, to name but a few - he could not afford for his body to have extensive recovery time
following exercise - if his body was not a peak physical fitness, his reaction time could be impaired
at put his client at risk.

Thus Tacfit Survival was born.

Tacfit Survival teaches you the correct protocols to help enhance your breathing, endurance and
strength. The course has three different levels, which take you through the basic techniques, but
allowing you to progress to an advanced level at your own pace.

In addition to the skills and breathing techniques you will learn, Tacfit Survival also has a specific
warm up and cool down element built into the survival system. The war up element is to ensure
that your body is fully prepared prior to starting the regime, and the cool down video is to ensure
that the body recovers from the training quickly.

The Tacfit Survival system is so effective, that Israel has adopted the principal into their secret
training facilities.
