PrimeVest launches new online trading platform www.primevest.com

PrimeVest Financial Services has announced the launch of its new online trading platform, bringing even greater efficiency
to financial institution-based investment programs, their advisors and clients. The new trading platform deployment is the
most recent phase of an expansive technology initiative that began with the industry-leading client 1099 cost basis
enhancement that PrimeVest delivered to its field in 2010, a year ahead of regulatory requirements. Future releases will
include the unveiling of a new PrimeVest investor trading website later in 2012 and upgrades to the core processing system.

The new online trading platform offers the latest in performance reporting, projected income reporting and cost basis
trading, all seamlessly integrated via SmartWorks®, PrimeVest’s advisor workstation. Specifically designed for the unique
reporting needs and processes of financial institutions, the new platform also fully automates the money movement process,
resulting in a better client experience.

“We’re very excited to bring these new capabilities to our financial professionals,” said PrimeVest President and CEO
Catherine Bonneau. “They are designed to meet the unique needs of banks and credit unions, which continues to
differentiate our offering in the marketplace. We are committed to delivering the tools and resources that provide financial
advisors more opportunities to efficiently strengthen their client relationships.”

Additionally, the new online trading platform gives advisors the ability to customize their dashboard based on their business
mix, which enhances efficiency and focus on the client.

“The new trading platform has made us more efficient by allowing us to properly establish time-weighted performance and
to sell from specific tax lots,” said Doug Leonzi, a financial advisor at National Penn and a 2011 PrimeVest President’s
Club honoree. “We’re very happy with what it’s brought to our business and that it helps us serve our clients even better.”
