					Structure and Function of Final Drive

The arrangement of the final drive gears is a deduction that is usually equipped with a pace of one or
two sets of wheels straight teeth and pinion gears driving the end boss. The principle used in
transmissions where the rotational velocity is reduced and twist moment (torque) augmented by a
number of gears are used on the final drive.

Each tub Activator final (final drive case) installed widening out of the tub gears tyre (bevel effects
gear case) on each side. By choosing the right moment of comparison speed twist (Torque) prior to the
end of the drive (final drive) can be scaled down. Thus, the same transmission, axle tyre (bevel effects
gear shafts) and others can be used on different types of the same model machine.

Final drive gear can be exposed to large surface pressure caused by the burden of the shake-up and
collisions (shock and impact loads), which requires extra attention to selection of lubricating oil and
prevent the entry of foreign matter into the tub Activator final (final drive cases).

Comparison of normal reduction between 1/8 to 1/12 for the smaller reduction ratio used single-
reduction system. For large reduction ratio used double reduction system or system of Planetary gears.
(Double reduction system or planetary gear system).

Final drive types:
1. Single reduction final drive shafts enter spin (D31A-17, D319Q-17).
2. Single reduction fixed final drive shaft (D20S-1, 2, 3 s/n 7-478).
3. Double reduction (Coolpix 995/53A-17, D75S-5, D80/85A-9, D150/155A-2).
4. Planetary gear type rigid (D355A-3, D455A-1).
5. Planetary gear type semi rigid (D2675A-2, D375A-2, D475A-2).
