    3. Red Wine

resveratrol. Resveratrol has antioxidant properties that can protect the blood vessels in
the heart and helps prevent blood clots. There is evidence also showed that consumption
of red wine in moderate amounts can raise HDL (good cholesterol).
Suggestion:
For women it is advisable not more than 1.5 cups per day. The men no more than two cups.




    4. Black Tea

Black tea is produced by the fermentation after being harvested and dried. This process
changes the chemical composition of leaves, resulting in a powerful antioxidant that
supports cardiovascular health helps. Black tea has been shown that the risk of stroke to
reduce LDL (bad cholesterol) levels, blood vessel function and increase blood flow in
coronary arteries to improve.

sure, do not allow your body dehydrated. You can use lemon juice or even add in hot water to add flavor
