        2.Introduction:The employees movement within the factory regarding the
regularisation of their jobs and residence facility has assumed a momentous shape .Under
the circumstances ,being authorized by the general manager Mr Md.Tipu bishawash .I am
submitting the report basing on the information and data available throw my investigation
among the employees and the officials .I am grateful to the labourers and officers who
have rendered their cooperation in this connection .

4.Summary : The information received from the survey among the employs and
express the fact that the present labour movement is the outburst of their long cherished
dissatisfactions .Their two remarkable issues for going on such massive movement are
regularisation of their jobs and residential problems .Proper solution should be best
elicited in view of these two problems seriously faced by them.
5.Body of the report : The root causes of dissatisfactions of the workers in the
factory are presented below .

   (a)   Lack of job security : The findings of the investigation show that 45%
         employees of the factory are working on adhoc basis since last three years .They
         do not get solution of the problem despite bargaining with the authority for along
         period .Rather they are suffering from fear of loss of their job . This is basically
         the root cause of dissatisfaction .

   (b)   Residential problem: The remuneration they draw from the factory is not at
         all enough for hiring rented house .So they demand for a building to be erected in
         the campus to reside in. It is yet not done in spite of the assurance of the
         authority .So dissatisfaction is prevailing .


         6. Conclusion : By conducting the investigation in these two issues ,I assume
that the problems should be urgently resolved in order to root out the existing
dissatisfaction .Otherwise ,if will be a great loss for the enterprise.


         7. Recommendation: My recommendation in this connection is that the
demands and claims reasonably raised by the wmployees should be emergently solved as
per the rules of the job to bring about an expected solution.
