Living in Malaysia, we are exposed to sun light for most of the day, whether
playing in the school field, driving to work or even sitting on your comfortable
patio. Just because you inside the car or in a covered patio, does not mean that
the sun cannot affect you. Our climate is particularly harsh and many of us can
