INSTRUCTIONS

1 The registration form will be filled in by the applicant in his own handwriting with neat, legible
hand or typed. Forms of graduates of Pakistani Engineering Colleges / Universities will be
attested by concerned Principal / Dean and will be submitted to the Registrar, Pakistan
Engineering Council, Ataturk Avenue (East) G-5/2, P.O.Box No.1296, Islamabad along with the
following documents, through Vice Chancellor /Dean of faculty /Registrar of Engineering
Institution. In case of an Engineering graduate from foreign university / institute, the form will be
attested by a professional engineer of grade 18 or above, or by a senior engineer who is registered
Professional / Consulting Engineer.

1.1 Photostat copy of NIC, HSSC, Engineering degree (along with original) and its transcripts
duly attested by the Registrar of an Engineering University, Principal of an Engineering
College. In Case, the degree has not been issued, a Provisional Certificate along with its
Photostat copy duly attested by the Dean / Registrar of the Engineering University / Principal
of the College will be sent. Provisional Certificate / degree will be returned after verification.

1.2 Three photographs of Passport size and one photograph 25x25 mm, duly attested by any one
of the above mentioned persons, (on the back side).

1.3 Index Card sent to each applicant to be returned with 3 specimens Signature in the space
provided and a passport size photograph. The card and the photograph will be attested by any
one of the above mentioned persons.

2 Bank draft / Challan form in favour of Pakistan Engineering Council will be submitted as
registration fee as per following rates:

2.1 Professional Engineer Rs. 200/- (for a Pakistani National)
Rs. 6500/- (for Engineers Qualified
from foreign universities. It will include
Rs. 5000/- non-refundable as Processing
/Registration fee and Rs. 1500/- as
subscription for Life).
Rs.1000/- for Foreign Nationals.

2.2 Renewal Fee Rs.150/- annually to be paid before
March 31 each year
Rs.1000/- for Foreign Nationals.

2.3 Temporary Licence Rs. 1000/- (for a person domiciled
outside Pakistan)
Rs.500/- for a Pakistani National.

2.4 Subscription for Life Rs. 1500/- (for Pakistani National Only)
