Mother Earth Diaper Service Terms and Conditions
To start service, there is a 4 week minimum plus a one-time $125.00 start-up fee
required for all new customers. This payment is due in full before the first delivery.
If you’re starting service for more than one child, the additional startup cost is
$75.00 per additional child. The 4 week service and start-up fees are both non-
refundable one time fees. Mother Earth Diaper Service will deliver customer’s
start-up kit and diapers during the Pre-birth window (1 to 2 weeks before the
expected delivery date). If baby arrives before the Pre-birth window, please call, email or text and Mother Earth Diaper
Service will arrange for prompt home or hospital delivery of diapers and start-up kit. Mother Earth Diaper Service requires
credit card information to be provided for all new accounts. This information will be held and only used in the event that
rented diapers and/or equipment are not returned, damaged equipment is not paid for or a monthly* payment
authorization for service is given.
Our standard weekly service fee is $25.00 per week -- $100.00 every 4-weeks for one (1) child. Service is $21.00 per week
for every additional child. Temporary/Vacationers Service is $30.00 per week -- $120 every 4-weeks. Customers with
accounts in good standing will receive one week’s supply of pre-fold service quality diapers, delivered in a cloth pail liner.
Fresh, sanitized cloth diapers will be delivered each week to replace the number of soiled diapers left for pick-up the
previous week. If you would like us to launder your child’s diapers separately never to rotate with another family, there is
an additional charge of $5.00 per week and three (3) months must be prepaid. As your child grows and is ready for a
larger diaper, all current diapers must be returned in order to receive a full supply of the next size.
Upon sign-up, you will receive the appropriate number of diapers for your child’s age: Newborns (0 – 3 months) receive
80 diapers (160 in rotation); Infants (3 – 6 months) receive 60 diapers (120 in rotation); Toddlers (6 – 12 months) receive
50 diapers (100 in rotation). So, let’s use newborns as an example to explain diaper rotations: During your pre-birth
delivery you’ll receive 80 diapers. During our first pickup/delivery after you’ve given birth, we will pick up your dirty
diapers and delivery another 80 diapers. This starts your rotation of 160 diapers. On the 2nd week, we will deliver however
many diapers we picked up on the first week and on the 3rd week, we’ll deliver however many diapers we picked up on
the 2nd week. Your diaper service rotation will continue in this manner until your baby moves into the next size diaper,
where the number of diapers in rotation decreases.
Additional Supplies: For every 10 additional diapers needed, $2.00 per week will be added to customer’s invoice. If you’d
like to add a diaper cover to your rotation, the cost is $10.00 per cover. These covers will rotate as the original three (3)
covers do as your baby grows and needs larger covers.
Account Status and Payment Terms:
After the initial 4 weeks, customers will be billed in 4-week increments. Payment is due by the due date on each invoice.
Payment is due one week prior to the start of the next 4 week cycle. If payment is not received in full, service will
terminate until the account is in good standing. By paying your monthly bill, you are agreeing to contract service for
another 4 weeks. If payment is made after the delivery day of a particular week, delivery will not occur until the following
week. Service will be suspended until the account is in good standing and all fees have been paid. Sales tax does not apply
to the diaper service however it does apply to any and all accessories purchased. Payments are accepted in the form of
check, credit card, cash or money order. There is a $30.00 fee for all return checks. If your service is prepaid, your services
will not be interrupted and you will be notified 4 weeks prior to the end of your prepayment period in order to continue

New Customer Referral Program & Discounts:
For every new customer that you refer to us that signs up for at least 4 weeks of service, you will receive 2 weeks of
service for free. If the customer refers six (6) or more new customers that sign up service, the customer will receive their
diaper service for 50% off for the reminder of the time the current child is in diapers. This is our gift to you for spreading
the word about our diaper service.
For all enlisted military we give a 5% discount on service and products. Any customer who prepays for 3 months (12
weeks) of service receives 5% off; 6 months (24 weeks) of services receives 10% off; and 12 months (52 weeks) of service
receives 15% off.
Mother Earth Diaper Service makes every effort to conserve resources while also meeting customers’ needs. *Therefore,
delivery days and times are subject to delivery routes; however you will be notified if your delivery day or time frame
changes at least 1 week prior. On your delivery day, please place your pail liner full of soiled diapers in an easily accessible
place out of direct sunlight – in a shaded area.
Gas Surcharge: Should average gas prices in South Florida rise above $4.00 per gallon, a gas surcharge of $1.50 per week
will be added to each customer’s bill. The gas surcharge will also be billed in four (4) week increments.

Missed Deliveries: We understand that being a parent is busy work and things get forgotten. However, deliveries only
occur in your County one (1) day a week. It is imperative that you have your diapers out for pick-up when we arrive. We
do offer an email/text reminder for all customers to make sure deliveries aren’t missed. Please tell us when you set up
service if you would like a reminder. We forgive the 1st missed delivery as an “Oops!” Every subsequent missed delivery
will result in a $10 charge.
If you are leaving on vacation, please contact us at least one (1) week in advance to discuss available options. At the time
of notice, we will make arrangements to pick up all dirty diapers before you leave so they do not sit while you are gone. If
you wish to suspend service while you are gone, two (2) weeks’ notice is required to receive a credit for vacation weeks. If
you wish to take our diapers with you on vacation, you must have written clearance for Mother Earth Diaper Service at
least 5 business days prior to your trip. In order for weeks to be credited to your account, no dirty diapers shall need to
be picked up or delivered.
Customer’s Responsibility / Proper Diaper Use:
Mother Earth Diaper Service’s rental diapers are to be used on babies only. Diapers found being used as cleaning rags or
for other non-baby related uses will need to be removed from service due to the inability to remove chemicals or stains
(baby related uses such as spit rags and wipes are acceptable). If a diaper needs to be removed from service, you will be
charged a $2.00 per diaper replacement fee. Please do not put disposable wipes in the diaper pail. We only count your
diapers each week, we are not your trash can. If disposable wipes are found in the wet bag you will receive a reminder
note the following week. If it continues you will be charged $2.00 per week that disposable wipes are found in your bag.

Certain medications or diaper creams can cause untreatable stains that ruin rented diapers. Please notify us if your child’s
doctor has prescribed any medications or diaper rash creams. Also, please check our website for recommended diaper
creams that are better for both your child and the diapers. Do not store soiled diapers in the heat (example: outside or in
a garage during the summer) or in direct sunlight. This will cause unpleasant things to grow and may damage the diapers.
There is no need to rinse soiled diapers. In fact, this can cause mold or mildew. Please shake off soiled diapers when
possible, this will help mitigate lingering odors and help to prevent some staining from occurring on the diaper and is
much appreciated. Please do not store diapers in plastic. This also causes mold and mildew. Wet bags are available for
sale. You are responsible for the diapers and startup kit items that you rent from Mother Earth Diaper Service. If any
items are lost, stolen or misplaced you will be billed for it.
Agreement to Use Slightly Stained Diapers:
By agreeing to use the slightly stained diapers customers must understand that diapers get stains from common diapering
use and there is nothing wrong or bad with the diaper. Because we do not use bleach or any other harsh chemicals on our
diapers we do get some stained ones back after thorough washing and sanitizing. You will never get a full week’s worth of
slightly stained diapers. We try to be as environmentally friendly as we can and this means we use our diapers until the
very end of their diapering life. After we can no longer use them for our diapering needs, we sell them for rags and/or
donate them to orphanages around the world that are in need of diapers.
Lost and Found:
Please keep all personal items out of the pail liners. Mother Earth Diaper Service is not responsible for any lost items left
in the soiled diaper bag. Please call us to report any missing items. If lost items are found, we will gladly return them on
your next scheduled delivery date.
Termination of Service and Refunds:
Customers may cancel at any time after the initial 4 week contract. At least a five (5) day written cancelation notice is
required for termination of services. No refunds will be provided on services already rendered nor on pre-paid services.
Upon termination of service, customers have 1 week to arrange the return of all rented diapers and start up equipment.
Failure to do so will result in replacement charges for all missing items. The replacement charge for unreturned diapers is
$2.00 each; $24.00 for diaper pails; $12.00 for diaper pail liners, $15.00 for laundry bags; $10.00 for each diaper cover;
$5.00 for each Snappi fasteners; and $17.00 for each wet bag. After every effort has been made to recover all rented
equipment, the credit card provided at the beginning of service will be charged for the full amount of any unreturned
and/or damaged items. Mother Earth Diaper Service reserves the right to terminate this service agreement at any time for
any reason after providing a 7 day written cancellation notice to the customer.
Customer Satisfaction and Limitations:
Mother Earth Diaper Service strives to meet the satisfaction of all customers. We welcome all comments and questions,
and will attempt to remedy any situations brought to our attention. Mother Earth Diaper Service reserves the right to
determine refunds not explained in this agreement on a case by case basis. All diapers are cleaned using a professional
eco-friendly process that sanitizes to ensure ultimate cleanliness and the best possible product for your child. Mother
Earth Diaper Service welcomes and encourages any inquires about our washing process, including the products used. We
also encourage open communication about your child’s allergies. However, Mother Earth Diaper Service cannot be held
liable for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of using our service or products sold.
