At 1st 2nd Mortgage Co. of N.J., Inc. maintaining our customers' trust and confidence is very important to us. That is
why we have made it our priority to keep the information you provide to us safe and confidential by adopting

              coupons);
         2.   The information is used to monitor risks, or to identify and prevent losses to 1 st 2nd Mortgage Co. of
              N.J., Inc.
         3.   The information is provided in response to a subpoena or similar legal process.

Our employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. We
restrict access to customer information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products
or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards
to guard you information.
