A. On completion of applicable phase inspection and prior to acceptance of assigned aircraft.
B. On installation or reinstallation of an engine, major fuel system components, change of collective CPT,
   change of engine control rigging, or Engine Condition Control Box or Engine Condition Actuator
   changes or adjustments.
C. On removal and reinstallation or replacement of transmissions, engine high-speed shafts, or other
   components of the drive system.
D. On removal, reinstallation, replacement or adjustment of rotary wing heads, blades or pitch change links.
E. On removal and reinstallation, replacement, or rerigging that could change the adjustment or alignment
   of any component of the flight control system.
F. Under circumstances other than the above, the requirement for checkflights will be at the discretion of the
   maintenance officer, based on the scope of the maintenance accomplished and the effect of such
   maintenance on safety and reliability of operation.
