SGHS Historical Society is celebrating Presidents Day with Presidential Photo Ops! Take a picture with five presidential

Congressman Schiff is hosting the 29th District Congressional Arts Competition- an Artistic Discovery. Artwork entries due on
Friday, March 16; the first place winner will receive two roundtrip airfare tickets to attend the reception in Washington DC (also

Health Tip: Frozen fruit and vegetables are just as nutritious as fresh, according a plant physiologist working with the US
Department of Agriculture’s Research Services. Canned foods, by contrast, have added sugar or salt, making them a poorer choice.
