This document establishes an agreement between a Lessor and a Lessee for the
temporary lease of property for a specific period of time. The parties can customize this
agreement to define the length of the lease, the property description, the permitted uses
of the leased property, the security deposit, the rent amount, and termination procedure.
Some leases run perpetually until termination notice is given by either party. However,
this particular lease is only valid for a specific time period unless it is terminated by the
Lessor. This agreement can be used by property owners, landlords, or property
management companies that want to lease property for a specific period of time.
