This is a document that is used to record the details of a motor vehicle sale. This
particular bill of sale provides the buyer with extra assurance by providing a warranty.
The seller certifies that they have good and marketable title on the motor vehicle as well
as providing a warranty that the motor vehicle is in good condition. Additionally, this bill
of sale can be customized by the user to specifically disclaim features of the motor
vehicle that are not in good condition. This document should be used by individuals or
entities that want an accurate record of the sale of a motor vehicle while providing the
buyer with certain warranties.
