					                      Grey Power’s “Pass It On” Referral Contest
                                    2011 Edition

                 CONTEST RULES AND REGULATION (the “Rules”)

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The “Pass It On” Referral Contest: 2011 Edition (hereinafter “the Contest”) is presented by Trafalgar
Insurance Company of Canada (hereinafter “Trafalgar”) and Grey Power Insurance Brokers Inc. (hereinafter
“Grey Power” and together with Trafalgar hereinafter the “Contest Sponsors”). All references to times are in
Eastern Standard Time Zone. The Contest will commence on April 1, 2011 at 8:30 a.m., and will end on
April 1, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. (the “Contest Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Contest is open to all customers of Grey Power (hereinafter “Customer”) who:
      (a) are the age of majority or older at the time of entry into the contest;
      (b) are an existing customer of Grey Power Insurance Brokers Inc. that has an existing Trafalgar
      insurance policy;
      (c) refers a friend or family member that is eligible to receive a quote for a new Trafalgar insurance
      policy from Grey Power (hereinafter the “Friend”); and
      (d) is not an employee, agent or representative of the Contest Sponsors, its parent, subsidiaries,
      affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of goods, prizes and services related to the
      Contest, any other persons directly related to the holding of this Contest, as well as their immediate
      family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common-law spouse and any
      individuals with whom these employees, representatives, agents and other persons reside.

2.2 The Contest is also open to the Friend who is referred by the Customer who:
     (a) live in an area in which Grey Power operates, namely, Ontario, Alberta or the Maritimes;
      (b) is eligible to receive a quote for a new car and/or home Trafalgar insurance policy; and
      (c) is not an employee, agent or representative of the Contest Sponsors, its parent, subsidiaries,
      affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of goods, prizes and services related to the
      Contest, any other persons directly related to the holding of this Contest, as well as their immediate
      family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common-law spouse and any
      individuals with whom these employees, representatives, agents and other persons reside.

2.3 The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to revoke, at any time and on reasonable grounds, the
participation of any Customer or Friend in the Contest. The other eligibility conditions listed herein must also
be met. Any Customers who refer a Friend prior to the Contest Period or after the Contest Period are not
eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase or obligation, a Customer must refer a Friend to
Grey Power Insurance Brokers Inc., and the Friend must contact Grey Power for a new Trafalgar insurance
quote and state the Customer’s name when obtaining the quote.
By calling a Grey Power broker for a quote and mentioning the Customer’s name, both the Customer and
the Friend’s name (hereinafter the “Contestants”) will be entered onto a single ballot and placed into a
monthly draw for a chance to win a prize of one $500 gift card from Petro Canada for each of the Customer
Person and the Friend. Winning the prize is subject to meeting all other eligibility criteria and contest
conditions described herein. The Grey Power customer service representative (hereinafter “CSR”) providing
the quote will complete the ballot for the Contestants and Contestants will then be automatically entered

into the Contest. All entries for a given month shall be those qualifying entries received by the CSR on the
first day of the specific month to and including the last day of the specific month.


3.2 Subject to the following conditions, when a Friend calls for a new insurance quote on property and/or
automobile insurance, that Friend and his or her referring Customer are entitled to one ballot onto which
both of their names will be entered. There is a limit of one ballot per Friend throughout the Contest Period.
There is no limit to the number of ballots per Customer throughout the Contest Period. If a Friend becomes
a Customer during the Contest Period, he or she becomes eligible to act as a Customer and is entitled to a
ballot for each new Friend referred subject to the rules herein. There is a limit of one prize per Friend
throughout the Contest Period. There is no limit to the number of monthly prizes per Customer throughout
the Contest Period.
The ballot will be completed by the CSR providing the new insurance quote and the CSR will electronically
send the ballot to the Trafalgar Contest administrator. All ballots remain the property of Trafalgar. The
Contest Sponsors shall not be responsible for any ballot that is lost or destroyed due to computer error,
caused by a virus, server error, or any other technical malfunction related to the electronic submitting
process. “

4. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
Each month during the Contest Period two (2) Petro-Canada gift cards, redeemable at participating Petro-
Canada stations will be available as a Prize. Each gift card is valued at $500 Canadian dollars. The Prize
is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted
by the Winner as awarded. The card has an expiration date of two years from the day the cards are
shipped to Trafalgar from Petro-Canada. The Contest Sponsor does not make any express or implied
warranty about the Prize, and, as such, is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the Prize, including
without limitation, failure to use the Prize before it expires, or for any taxes, landing and departure fees, and
other charges and surcharges that may be applicable. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute
a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the specified Prize is unavailable due to circumstances
beyond the Contest Sponsors’ control. Arrangements will be made by the Contest Sponsors to deliver the
Prize to the Winner. The Winner must meet all other eligibility criteria as well as any applicable company
policies of the Contest Sponsors.

5. SELECTION
5.1 The prize draw for a given month will take place on the second Thursday of the following month at
approximately 2h00pm. For example, April 2011’s draw will take place on May 12, 2011. Ballots will be
compiled electronically by CSRs and sent via e-mail to the Trafalgar referral contest administrator (no later
than the second Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m). Ballots will be drawn under the supervision of the
Trafalgar Vice-President, Operations or by any other person authorized by Trafalgar at 700 University
Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5G 0A1 (the “Trafalgar Office”).

5.2 The draw will be performed electronically using a computer program which will randomly select the
winning ballot containing the name of the Customer and Friend (the “Selected Entrant”). To be declared a
“Winner”, the Customer and Friend indicated on the ballot drawn must meet the eligibility conditions stated
herein. The Selected Entrants will be notified by telephone two (2) days after the draw and the Selected
Entrant will then have five (5) days to respond to the Contest Sponsors and correctly answer a time-limited,
mathematical skill-testing questions, sign, complete and return a Release Form by fax to be declared a
“Winner”. If the Selected Entrant fails to (a) respond with the allotted time; (b) correctly answer the time-
limited, skill-testing question; (c) compete and return the Release Form to the Contest Sponsors within the
allotted time; or (d) is ineligible for any reason, a new Selected Entrant will be drawn until a Winner is
declared for a Prize. For clarity, if both the Customer and Friend, fail to meet all the conditions required to
be declared a winner (“Winner”), or do not accept their gas cards, the prize for that month shall be redrawn.
If either one of the Customer or Friend is declared a Winner and accepts the Prize, then only one $500
Petro-Canada gift card will be awarded to that person for that month and there will be no redraw. A
Contestant having refused the prize will not be compensated in another form or manner. A prize is not
exchangeable or transferable nor is it assignable. Prizes will be shipped by mail, courier or handed in
person to all Monthly Winners within 60 days of the applicable draw.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
6.1 By entering the Contest, all Monthly Winners authorize the Contest Sponsors to use their names,
photographs, voices or images for advertising purposes without compensation and without prior approval.

6.2 The odds of winning any monthly prize are dependent on the number of ballots received. Odds may be
affected by the actions of a Customer or Friend.

6.3 The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Contest should
an event beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest, or for
any other reason whatsoever. The Contest Sponsor and its affiliates may, at their sole discretion and
without liability, rescind or amend this Contest at any time.

6.4 Any person entering this Contest or trying to do so by any means which would be unfair to the other
entrants, contrary to the Rules or illegal, including computer hacking, amongst others, will be automatically
disqualified and may be subject to prosecution, as the case may be. Decisions by the Contest Sponsors in
regard to this paragraph are final and binding.

6.5 By entering this Contest, each Selected Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Contest Sponsor: (i)
shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Contest and/or the awarding or use of the
prize, (ii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the prize, (iii) disclaim any
implied warranty, and (iv) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the entrant’s
acceptance or use of the prize or otherwise from such entrant’s participation in this Contest, and (v) are not
liable for any claim arising from a the Selected Entrant’s use of or dissatisfaction with a prize.

6.6 In order to be declared a winner and prior to receiving the prize, the selected entrant undertakes to sign
a declaration and Release Form.

6.7 The Contest Sponsors are not liable for any faulty computer components, software, or links, the loss or
nonexistence of communications capability or faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased telephone,
mail, computer or network transmissions that make it difficult or renders any person(s) unable to enter or
win the Contest. The Contest Sponsors waive any responsibility for any damages or loss incurred, directly
or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any software or any form and by the transmission of
any data relating to participation in the Contest.

6.8 The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for website loading, screening or posting errors, software,
hardware, mail, telephone, network or server errors and the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to modify,
cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in the event a virus,
computer bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other occurrence beyond their control corrupts or
adversely affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal operation of the Contest.

6.9 The Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

6.10 By entering this Contest, you acknowledge having read these Rules and agree to abide by them.

6.11 A copy of these Rules are available upon request.
