Summer Parc Perks Policy & Eligibility Terms
1. Who Can Enter: Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. How to Enter: *Winner of this exclusive Parc experience must be a registered in-house guests and 21 years of
age or older. The winner is determined by a random daily drawing conducted at the front desk. Guests will be
notified immediately of prize terms. **Available to all in house guests.
3. Drawing Dates: July, August, September , only. Summer 2010 is June 21 – September 21.
4. Prizes: Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged.
5. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified in person or by phone call to their room. Decisions about
winners are final.
6. Limits of Liability: Waikiki Parc Hotel has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any
kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Waikiki Parc Hotel assumes no liability for lost
or misdirected entry forms. Waikiki Parc Hotel reserves the right to cancel the drawing at any time if the integrity
of the drawing is compromised in any way.
