                           Introduction

1. Show the students a picture of a pizza. Ask them to share
   their favorite place to eat pizza. Say, “Have you ever ate
   pizza at Little Nino’s Pizzeria.”

2. Show the students ingredients to make a pizza. Discuss how
   you would use the ingredients. Say, “We are going to read
   about a boy who makes pizzas with his father.”

3. Ask the students what their favorite food is then bring out
   pictures of pizza. Tell them how you love pizza and how
   you’re going to share a book about pizza.
