2. In person. Visit the SRS office to obtain and complete an application form.
3. On line. Visit www.srskansas.org and complete an online application (or to print a copy of the application form, click on
        Publications, then Manuals, then under KEESM click on Application. A link to the application is at the bottom of
        the instructions). Applications may not be made online for food assistance, or for services for the elderly or
        disabled.
