How can I order from Duracable?
  Many Duracable products are available for ordering on-line – look for the
convenient Shop-on-Line button. You also can order by phone, fax or mail.

Monday through Friday to speak with one of our Customer Service
        By Fax: Dial 1-515-223-4220. Before faxing, please be sure your order
form is completely filled out and legible. We will call to verify if we have any

How do I find your prices?

What methods of payment do you accept?
  For your convenience, Duracable offers three methods of payment:
1. Open account. With credit approval, a line of credit is established. You will
   be billed for all purchases. To open a line of credit, please call our Customer
   Service Dept. at 1-800-247-4081.
2. C.O.D. Cash on delivery.
3. Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All first-time customers
   who place orders through Shop-on-Line must pay by credit card.

What are your terms for purchases made on account?
  All balances must be paid within 30 days of invoice, so please allow five days
for postal delivery. Past due balances will be assessed a 1½% per month late
charge (18% APR).

When will I receive my order?
  Our goal is to process and ship all orders within two days. Most are shipped
within 24 hours. Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Overnight
shipments are available by request and will be charged back to the purchaser.

What if I have questions about an order?
 The Duracable Answer Line (1-800-247-4081) is staffed by knowledgeable
representatives who will be happy to assist you.

What are typical shipping charges?
  Shipping costs vary based on material classification, weight, distance and the
carrier used. Duracable will seek the most economical way to ship your order
within the time frame that you specify. We consider:
       Weight: Individual packages up to 150 lbs. are shipped United Parcel
Service (UPS). Packages more than these weight limits will go by Motor Freight.
With Motor Freight, there is a single charge for packages up to certain weight
break levels, which are typically 500 lbs., 1,000 lbs., etc. The higher the level
you’re in, the lower the cost is to ship each 100 lbs. of product.
      Speed: UPS offers one-day and two-day air delivery anywhere in the
U.S. However, UPS charges a premium for one- and two-day service.
Duracable Manufacturing receives discounts from several freight carriers and we
pass these savings on to you. If there is a carrier you prefer, please be sure to
let us know when you place your order.

What is your return policy?
 Duracable is committed to providing you with the best equipment, parts and
accessories in the industry. However, from time to time, a mistake may occur.
Please contact our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-247-4081 if you have a
problem with a shipment and need to return something.
