Follow the steps below to complete the Team
                     Checklist:
1. The team facilitator, as part of a team meeting, reads
each checklist item and records the consensus of the
team with an “A” for achieved, an “I” for in progress,
and an “N” for not started.
2. As conversation about each item is generated, the
facilitator records the anecdotal comments and keeps
the meeting focused on the Team Checklist. This
strategy sets the stage to revisit additional comments
   later in the meeting.
3. The team may use only the Startup Activities section,
only the Ongoing Activities section, or both. If a section
is used, all questions in the section must be answered.

              Team Time

• Complete the EBS Team
  Implementation Checklist with your
team (just the checklist part-not action
  plan)
• Have 2 people record as we will be
collecting one of them at the end of this
  time
    Using Team Checklist Results

Team Checklist results are used to adapt
action plans to school positive behavior
support needs by monitoring the
implementation and maintenance of PBS
systems. Checklist results thus help
determine the most effective allocation of
faculty, financial, and other school
resources.
