Dear Realtor: I am very pleased to have you show our rental property. I have attached all the information you need to give your clients upon wanting to lease with our company. Courtyard suite 230 Austin TX 78730.  If you choose to use the Agreement for Application and Deposit hold form please let your clients know that we use a TAA lease and not a TAR lease, but we will uphold that agreement.  You must call me to get any of the specials being run on the home. Leave a message if no answer so that we can have record that you called. The combo for this home is # On homes that specials are being ran, please note and tell your clients in order for the special to apply to them they must look and turn in applications within 24hours of viewing the home. It is your job as their realtor to contact me or my office to let us know that you are showing the home and you are aware of the Special being ran for our home.
