Will you help me take a stand against the poverty that exists in my community?
I am walking in the fourth annual Footprints walk-a-thon Saturday morning, April 19.
The sponsor and beneficiary of this event is the Crisis Ministry of Princeton and
Trenton, which is committed to easing the hardships of poverty in our community.
Please take a look at www.thecrisisministry.org, which tells all about the Crisis
Ministry’s people and programs. It is important to me to be a part of the solution to
easing the hardships of poverty.
All of the money that I raise will go directly to their initiatives that help prevent
hunger and homelessness. The fundraising goal this year is at least $35,000!
To achieve my personal fundraising goal of $100, I need your help. I will appreciate
any contribution—big or small. Can you help me with a donation of $25? Your
generosity will help The Crisis Ministry continue its work and raise awareness of the
many families who end up in desperate circumstances in my community each year.
You can support me with a donation in two ways…
1. Online at www.thecrisisministry.org. Go to the Footprints page, which is linked
right from the front page. Please be sure to put my name in the section of the
donation form that asks for comments.
2. By check. Please mail your contribution to me by APRIL 14 (payable to The
Crisis Ministry and with “Footprints” in the memo line).
Again, I will be very grateful for whatever help you can give. I will look forward to
your support, and thank you ahead of time for helping to make this important
fundraising effort a success!
