Mentoring
• Focuses on professional & personal coaching.
• Two way street- overseas professionals can
  mentor local graduates, whilst receiving
  mentoring from corporate leaders in Malaysia
• Our team has experience in running the
  Malaysian Professionals Network (MPN) in
  London.

Outline
1.       3 layers- Layer I- EVP, Level II- 3-5 years experiences, Level III- graduates
2.       Pilot scheme focus on 5 Class A’s (which means 15 Level II’s, 45 Level III’s) with one to one
         relationships.
3.       Two-way feedback + embedded functionality to graphically visualise the mentoring trees
         and relationships.
4.       Phase I- Focus on professional services

• Phase 1 To get it started, can I suggest we create a
  mentoring brand, ie, "Mentor Korang", leverage on facebook
  to launch this program. -- ppl will sign up, panel will decide
  and communication will be informal (via fb, email etc) --
  this will serve as an easy launchpad to the program as users
  will be more inclined to join via a familiar interface -- can
  rake up users which will form the foundation of our fb
  fanpage       Phase 2 and beyond Once the site is done up,
  we can follow the outline below -- However, I forsee that
  comms will happen informally and sporadically. -- the
  important thing to note is that we have korang branding all
  over. -- we should also do a case study on a success story
  which could help with our marketing.        To confirm, the
  comic strip is on "How the Mentoring Works?"
