MSF YOUTH DIRECTOR'S PRE-INTERVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE.
Please answer the following questions to help us in evaluating your application for the Youth Director
position at MSF. You may use as much space as you need on this document.
1. How many years have you served working with youth?
1. Name the communities where you have worked with youth and for how many years?
2. Describe each community as to whether it was predominantly Arab, Indo/Pakistani,
Black American, Indonesian, Mixture, etc.?
2. What youth programs have you conceived, planned, organized and executed in the past? Please
give details about these youth programs.
3. Name some of the Islamic scholars that have influenced you the most. Why?
4. Where have you formally studied Islam and for how long?
5. List three Islamic books (besides the Qur’an and hadith books) that you like the most.
6. What do you hope to accomplish as Youth Director?
7. How do you deal with differences of opinion? How do you deal with those who hold those
different views?
8. What is your view on women’s role in an Islamic Center?
9. In your opinion, what are the biggest challenges facing young Muslim men in this society?

in North America are facing. How would you, as a Youth Director, help the youth deal with these
challenges?
