Proclamation-Mosher 100th Anniversary

							    MAYORAL PROCLAMATION IN CELEBRATION OF THE 100TH
  ANNIVERSARY OF DAVE MOSHER AND ASSOCIATES INSURANCE
                SERVICES, INCORPORATED

WHEREAS, Dave Mosher acquired Community Insurance of Evansville in 1996, expanding his
insurance business into Rock County, Wisconsin; and

WHEREAS, in 2000 Dave Mosher incorporated several agencies in southern Wisconsin,
including the Evansville agency; and

WHEREAS, Dave Mosher and Associates Insurance Services, Incorporated has provided
quality insurance services to residents of Wisconsin communities for 100 years; and

WHEREAS, Dave and JoEllen Mosher have participated in the downtown revitalization of
Evansville with the purchase and historic restoration of an important commercial building at 15
East Main Street, the Evansville location of Dave Mosher and Associates Insurance Services,
Incorporated; and

WHEREAS, Dave Mosher and Associates Insurance Services, Incorporated values civic and
community involvement, with Dave Mosher having served as president of both the Evansville
Chamber of Commerce and the Evansville Community Partnership, Incorporated, and Associate
Tom Calley serving for several years as chair of the Fourth of July Celebration Committee and as
an officer and director of Evansville Community Partnership, Incorporated.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that I, Sandra J. Decker, Mayor of the City of
Evansville, on behalf of the residents of our City, congratulate Dave Mosher and Associates
Insurance Services, Incorporated on one hundred years of dedicated service to communities in
Wisconsin.
