        Discuss extranet solution with senior management to determine
        feasibility.

        Develop extranet Project Charter to document background research,
        project goals & timelines, communications plans, and cost/benefit
        analysis.

        Identify stakeholder needs with a Business Requirements document

        Evaluate key mid-market vendors and build extranet Business Case

        Work with your I/T department to select and configure your extranet
        system

        Consider security measures that control user access rights and
        privileges

        Assess extranet content to determine if up-to-date, accurate,
        relevant, etc.

        Document what needs to be updated, created, refined, or taken off
        extranet

        Assign content ownership and distribute Project Request Forms to all
