Use this tool to help you measure your readiness for a major organizational change.
Give your organization a score of 1-5 for each of the following questions. Check the SCORECARD tab for results.

  Buy-in has been achieved and the business case is well understood. You could benefit
  from using the Priority Index tool, the Risk Analysis & Assessment and the KSF Tool.

  Use the KPI worksheet, Project Portfolio, Change Management Strategy Scorecard,
  and the Change Management Plan. When these documents are complete, implement change.
