 Glue Joint       Panels must be made using the same type of glue and gluing process as the approved test samples.

                       surface.
                2.     All voids must be filled with matching putty.

              Pallet Base Dimensions and Construction:
                      Clearance for fork truck tines must be 3 ½”.
                      The pallet width is 44”.
                      The pallet depth is variable based on component size.
                      The surface of the pallet must be constructed using plywood.
                      Pallet must be free of staples and nails which may damage the first layer of
                      Components (nails & staples must be flush or recessed below the surface of the
                      pallet).
              Pallet Base Protection:
                      A sheet of cardboard is put on top of the plywood to serve as a cushion.
                      A sheet of plastic is put on top of the plywood to serve as a moisture barrier.
                      Product is then placed on the pallet.
                      The maximum combined height of the pallet, product and packaging is 44” when
                      complete.
              Bundling and Packaging Requirements:
                      Bundles must be shrink wrapped.
                      Bundles must contain 20 pieces.
                      All parts must be stacked face up (The face is the surface with the bottom panel
                      Groove, see attached picture).
                      Cross support pieces must be used every 10 layers in height.
                      Cardboard or 5mm hardboard / plywood must be used as cross supports.
 Pallets &            The maximum combined height of the pallet, product and packaging is 44” when

                      All pallets must have 1 pallet inspection sheet and 3 pallet tags attached.
                      Pallet tags must be placed on three sides of each pallet.
