                         Aéroports de Paris : December 2006 traffic

Passengers traffic figures

Aéroports de Paris handled a total of 6.5 million passengers in December 2006, an
increase of 5.9 % on December 2005. Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport recorded a gain of
7 % to 4.4 million passengers and Paris-Orly airport was up 3.6 % to 2.1 million
passengers.
For the entire year 2006, Aeroports de Paris recorded for the second consecutive year the
highest rate among the major European airports with a 4.8% traffic increase. Nearly 82.5
million passengers went through Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.

This increase in December was essentially due to the rise in traffic within the European
Union.

Domestic traffic is stable at -0.8 %. Europe traffic grew 11.5 % thanks to Schengen traffic
which increased by 14 %. Traffic on routes to and from the 10 new European Union
members also rose by 17.1 %. Great Britain and Ireland traffic saw an increase of 3.5 %.

Traffic on the other international routes reached a 5.3 % increase.
A strong 9.5 % increase on routes to and from Africa as well as a 7.4 % growth for Asia
and the Middle East. Traffic to and from North and Latin America was up 0.4 %, with an
increase of 1.9% for North America while Latin America decreased by 3.1 %.

Aircraft movements

The number of aircraft movements increased by 4.3 % in December year on year (4.4 %
at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and 4.2 % at Paris-Orly). In addition, the passenger load factor
saw growth. It reached 71.32 % in December 2006 compared with 70.45 % in December
2005.
