This Bill of Sale for Personal Property is a written acknowledgement of the transfer of
personal property from a Seller to a Buyer. In the case of Bill of Sale for Personal
Property without a Warranty, the Seller does not warrant that the personal property item
to is free of defect or if there is a defect, the Seller is not obligated to repair or replace
the personal property. This document contains both standard clauses, and
opportunities for the use of optional terms and conditions, making it fully customizable to
fit the needs of the contracting parties. This document should be used by individuals or
entities that want to buy or sell personal property without a warranty.

Seller warrants that he/she is the lawful owner in every respect of all of the Property and that it is free and
clear of all liens, security agreements, encumbrances, claims, demands, and charges of every kind
This Agreement binds Seller, his/her successors and assigns, to warrant and defend the title to all of the
Property to Buyer, his/her successors and assigns, forever against every person lawfully claiming the
Property or any part of it.
SELLER TRANSFERS THE PROPERTY TO BUYER "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION OF SUCH PROPERTY.
BUYER REPRESENTS TO SELLER THAT BUYER HAS PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE
PROPERTY AND ACCEPTS THE PROPERTY "AS IS."
