					A Bill of Sale for a Boat or Vessel without a Warranty is a written acknowledgment of the
transfer of ownership of a boat or a vessel between two parties, where one party is
selling a boat or vessel, and the Seller makes no warranties about the condition of the
boat or vessel, and the other party is purchasing the boat or vessel "as-is." The Bill of
Sale is the document that evidences the transfer of the boat or vessel. This document
contains standard terms and conditions, however additional language maybe added to
fit the needs of the parties. This document should be used by individuals or entities that
want to sell or purchase a boat without a warranty.

a. Seller acknowledges receipt of _________ ($____) in down payment for the Boat, full

    encumbrances, liabilities, and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever.

    OR IMPLIED, AS TO ITS CONDITION. THE BUYER HAS PERSONALLY INSPECTED
    THE VEHICLE AND ACCEPTS IT "AS-IS".
