A Bill of Sale for a Boat or Vessel with a Warranty is a written acknowledgment of the
transfer of ownership of a boat or a vessel between two parties, whereby one party is
selling a boat or vessel that he or she warrants to be free of defects. If there is a defect,
the seller promises to repair or replace the boat. This document may be customized to
fit the needs of the contracting parties. Use this agreement when selling or buying a
boat or vessel to provide a warranty that is included in the terms.

encumbrances, liabilities, and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever.
