Falls, NY; the Holiday Inn Express, 1106 Route 9W, Fort Montgomery, NY; or the Hampton Inn- Harriman-
Woodbury, 60 Centre Drive, Central Valley, NY. A chart of the room prices are below, plus a 13.25% tax. A
block of rooms have been set aside for 23 and 24 March 2012 on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a 48

get the discount until 23 February! After that date, the block reservations are voided, and you are on your own
in getting accommodations.

Seminar: Begins at 8:30am until about 5pm at the U.S. Army West Point Ski Lodge. It will be held at the
Victor Constant Ski Slope at Routes 218 and 9W, 700 Victor Constant Road, West Point, New York. More info
is at http://www.westpointmwr.com/ACTIVITY/SKI/index.HTM. However, the street address of 700 Victor
Constant Road may not come up on a GPS system, and you may have to go with only Route 218, West Point,
NY. The ski lodge is on the right side of Route 218 after the golf course, but before you get to the gate for West
Point on Route 218.
A number of speakers are planned for a host of informative presentations on various avalanche, MTR, Nordic,
search & rescue, snow sciences, and history topics.

Avalanche Awareness course credit will be provided for all NSP participants, if needed.

Banquet: Our banquet social hour will take place at the same ski lodge starting at about 5pm with a cash bar
and a cheese & crackers platter available. The dinner buffet will start at about 6pm. A guest speaker is being
sought at this time.

Dinner buffet choices of Prime Rib of Beef AuJus, Chicken Parmesan, or Stuffed Fillet of Sole Florentine with
green salad, rolls, vegetable medley, twice baked potatoes, and chocolate mousse with whipped cream served
for dessert with coffee or tea.

On-snow day: All attendees that have a current NSPS registration card will be eligible for a free lift pass on
Sunday, March 25th on the 37 trails of Belleayre Mountain, Belleayre Mountain Road, Pine Hill, NY. It is
about a two hour drive from West Point. More information is at http://www.belleayre.com.
