the afternoon, especially when 9Tomorrows hit the
stage with their uplifting and groovy beats. Children
and adults danced to the live music as others enjoyed
browsing the Around the World Silent Auction tables and
bidding on items donated by local businesses.
This year Bobby & Steve’s Auto World, our Gold
Sponsors, also provided the food truck; they grilled up
some hot dogs, and baked some delicious pizzas and
cookies for all to enjoy. New partnering owners Keith
& Marina Ostendorf and lead manager Sean Hall of
their Chevy Grille donated 50% of the food sale profits to
the Windom Community Council to go toward future
community programming.
The evening ended with the Movies in the Park series
which many families stayed to enjoy featuring the movie
The Incredibles. *Next year we promise to have a bug-
spray station.
