Roles & Responsibilities:
        Gathering requirement from Departments and servicing them accordingly.
        Handling whole Recruitment Cycle. Prepare the JD and Sourcing CV’s from
           Database & Job Portal. Helping senior HR in completing all the formalities.
        Follow up candidate for all required documents.
        Back ground Screening & Verification.
        Provide Letter of Intent, & appointment letter, Experience Latter.
        Complete the Joining Formalities. Induction. Payroll Management.
        Communication channel between the management and the employees.
        Maintain the personnel files of employees, updation & closure of files.
        Handling all employee’s Issues on day to day basis.
        Taking the training needs chart from project manager.
        Arranging the training venue. Taking feedback in the Mid & after training.
        Time Recording, Putting up important notices.
        Resolving employee problems. Follow the Administration Activities.
        Provides administrative support to the department.
        Works closely with all the associates to ensure a positive work environment.
        Assists finding housing units for staff. In charge of inventory control of stationery.
        Issuing of purchase requisitions. Handling Travel arrangements.
        Regular supervision on security & Housekeeping.
        Improving employee morale, Such as, by coordination with the employees.
        Participate in Grievance handling, Like-Conduct one-to-one discussions with the
           grievant to find the issues and report to the superior for appropriate plan of action.
        Exit Interview, Like-one-to-one discussions with the separated employee to find the
          Issues, which would lead to separation.
        Responsible for daily HR formalities like punctuality, attendance, leave control &
           Time management, dress code, birthday celebrations, etc.
