					EGG DIFFUSION LAB
 Title: Egg Diffusion Lab
 Problem: What will happen to the mass and
  texture of an egg when placed in vinegar, corn
  syrup, and water?
   Background: Include explanations/answers to
    the following topics in complete sentences. You
    also need to include one introductory statement
    and a conclusion sentence. This background
    should be in paragraph form, like an essay.
     Define & explain diffusion and osmosis
     Define & explain isotonic, hypertonic, and hypotonic
     What determines whether or not diffusion occurs?
     How is the membrane of an egg (inside the shell)
      similar to a cell membrane?
