Work Schedule: This position is overtime eligible. It works a 40 hour workweek;
Monday through Friday. This position will be required to work flexible hours.
The Social Worker is part of Community Services Division in Healthcare
Operations. The position is primarily responsible for supervising social work
interns and providing social services at the Seattle Indian Health Board satellite
site in Federal Way.

4. Conduct case management for clients and collaborate with SIHB providers
and services., Document services as designated.
5. Participate as a member of the Community Services team; attend
meetings, consult and coordinate with other on-site staff.

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work required.
License/Certifications: Washington State LCSW required within one year of
Experience: Two years post Master's experience required. Experience in a
community setting preferred.
Knowledge/Abilities: Familiarity with health and social issues facing American
Indians/Alaska Natives and a desire to promote the delivery of appropriate health
services to this population. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
