             ARRA DBE Monthly Reporting
•All sponsors receiving ARRA Grants must have "back up"
documentation for the ARRA DBE data entered in SOAR
•e.g. contracts, invoices, etc., should be readily available
and accessible for review in case of an audit.

•It is very important that the integrity of the DBE data can be
confirmed.
•Use best practices as it relates to DBE documentation and
     recordkeeping.
