Dear Exhibitor,
Thanks for attending the exhibition of the 28th IEEE International Conference on Robotics and
Automation in Shanghai, China.

This Manual includes the important information and services designed for simplifying your
preparation. Please read through the Manual carefully to know all the procedures for exhibition.
More importantly, this manual includes the forms for publishing company information,
pre-exhibition network publicity and venue on-site publicity.

In order to assist you in the check of the leasing, construction, etc. Copies of related forms for
own records are recommended. Please fill in all forms prior to the stated deadline, and observe
all provisions provided in this Manual. Besides, exhibitors can only exhibit the products by own
manufacture, sales and distribution.

                                  1. Exhibitor Admission Notice

1.1 Exhibitors:
      The organizing committee shall issue exhibition passes to exhibitors and relevant exhibition
      participants free of charge. To protect public security, exhibition participants cannot enter and
      leave the exhibition hall without restriction during the exhibition (including the time for setting
      up exhibition stands, the period of exhibition and the time for vacating) only when in
      possession of their exhibition pass. The exhibition pass shall not be transferred to others for use.
      All exhibitors shall register and collect their working permits at the ground floor hall of the
      Shanghai International Convention Center from 9 a.m. to 17 p.m. on 9th May. Each 3m × 3m
      exhibition stand shall be manned by two working staff.

1.2 Visitors:
      This exhibition is being held as an internal exhibition for the convention. Only visitors in
      possession of their convention representative pass will be admitted.

1.3 Exhibition Stand Set-up Contractors:
      To protect public safety and security, contractors are required to complete Form 6 and provide
      the organizing committee with advance notice of the number of exhibition hall access passes
      required to set up / remove exhibition stands. Exhibition stand set-up / removal access passes
      will only be effective during the exhibition stand set-up / removal periods.

1.4 Rental Charge for Exhibition Stands:
      All exhibitors shall fully pay all rental charges for exhibition stands and additional facilities
      prior to entering the exhibition hall to set up their stands.


                                 2. Exhibition Stand Equipment


Standard exhibition stands shall be set up by Shanghai Yizhong Events Promotion Service Co., Ltd.
Exhibitors applying for standard exhibition stands shall complete Form 1 to confirm the name of the
exhibition stand signboard and required facilities. Exhibitors shall be responsible for promotion and
set-up work within the exhibition stand at their own discretion. Each standard exhibition stand shall be
equipped with the following:
   One exhibition stand signboard
   Carpeting within the exhibition stand
   Three-side walls (3m×3m exhibition stand) composed of nine white boards; two-side opening
    exhibition stand composed of two-side walls
   One business table with two complementary chairs
   Two spotlights, one 5A / 220 V socket only used for general electrical appliances. Each socket
    can only be used for one appliance and is not suitable for use with extension sockets. Exhibitors
    shall complete Form 3 and send it to the contractor specified by the convention to apply for extra
    power supply services if required.

If exhibitors need to lease other equipment for the exhibition, then please refer to Form 2 for further

                                 3. Exhibitors Admission Rules


3.1     All move-in and move-out arrangements shall be subject to relevant safety and security
       regulations prescribed by Shanghai International Conference Center (as per attached),
       Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Peace and Order in Special
       Trades and Public Places and Fire Control Regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
3.2    Any products, facilities, equipment and other articles for exhibition and installation must be
       delivered through a designated passageway and as per the time schedule of this exhibition.
       Shanghai International Conference Center’s Goods In and Out Procedures must be strictly
       abided by. Please provide a material list of move-in equipment for check-out. No exhibition
       apparatus or furniture of Shanghai International Conference Center is allowed to be carried out
       of the venue at the time of moving-out. In default of an exhibitor doing so, it shall be liable for a
       fine equal to 10 times of the original price of such item.
3.3    Construction drawings must be submitted to Shanghai International Conference Exhibition Co.,
       Ltd. for approval 7 days before construction. Booth contractors must conduct construction
       strictly in accordance with the approved drawings and shall not make any alteration without
       permission. Special construction (more than 36 m2) drawings must be submitted for approval 15
       days before construction.
3.4    In order to protect environment, an exhibitor shall submit its booth design and environment
       protection schemes to Shanghai International Conference Center in advance. It shall submit
       relevant management fee and acquire approval on its schemes before moving-in. Special
       decoration contractor shall also submit the installation scheme (together with architectural
       renderings) as well as power volume application to Shanghai Yizhong Events Promotion Service
       Co., Ltd., the service provider of this Exhibition, and obtain necessary approval from the latter
       prior to the construction.
3.5    Booth contractors shall submit an installation deposit and a construction permit deposit prior to
       the entry and Shanghai International Conference Center will fully refund booth contractors in
       case where they have duly moved out and left no damage to the facilities of Shanghai
       International Conference Center in accordance with the acceptance inspection made by Shanghai
       International Conference Center.


      (1)   Booth contractors shall submit deposits to Shanghai Yizhong Events Promotion Service Co.,
            Ltd. In default of their doing so, booth contractors shall be rejected and liable for all
            liabilities arising therefrom;

      (2)   Booth contractors shall be subject to the deposits as follows: no less than RMB20,000 yuan
            for Shanghai Exhibition Hall; no less than RMB10,000 yuan for Huaxia Exhibition Hall (a
            deposit ranging from RMB2,000 yuan to RMB5,000 yuan for specially decorated booths);
            no less than RMB5,000 yuan for International Exhibition Hall, Pearl Hall, Yellow River
            Hall, Yangtze River Hall, Pujiang Hall and Century Hall; no less than RMB2,000 yuan for
            other small conference rooms; no less than RMB5,000 yuan for wedding celebration
            installation at dining halls such as Europe Hall, Asia Hall and Binjiang Hall;

      (3) A deposit of RMB50 yuan for each construction permit (valid ID card copy is a must);

      (4) The above-mentioned deposits refer to minimum limits. Deposits for special installations will
           be determined as the case may be.

3.6    Construction staff must wear construction permits after entering into Shanghai International
       Conference Center. Such construction permit shall be strictly used by its legitimate holder only,
       and shall not be lent to any other person. Otherwise such permit shall be confiscated.
       Construction permits will be issued upon the receipt of deposits, installation management fee and
       electric panel connection fee.

3.7    Entry time: in accordance with the regulations promulgated by Shanghai Transport Police Corps,
       freight trucks with valid pass (provided by the exhibition organizer) will only be granted access
       to Shanghai International Conference Center after 22:00.

3.8    Trucks loaded with installation materials must be parked at Gate 7# of Shanghai International
       Conference Center and cargoes must be delivered through the same gate.
3.9     In order to protect the marble floor of Shanghai International Conference Center, any ladder
        entering into the Center must be wrapped with soft materials, and trolley wheels must be made
        in solid rubber materials. Non-combustible or flame retardant materials shall be applied to all
        installation materials, and fireproof carpet shall be adopted. It is prohibited to use such
        installation materials as inflammable foam board, wooden and petrochemical plastic plates
        without fireproof treatment. Installation materials are not allowed to be transport via escalators.
        Protective measures such as carpet or wooden plates shall be applied during the process of stage
        installation, booth arrangement and materials transport. No part of the Center’s facilities is
        allowed to be used as a stress point in the construction process.
3.10    During the process of installation, all walls, pillars, ceilings and floors of conference rooms and
        hallways shall be free from posting, nailing, burrowing, papering, painting, smearing,
        tampering, scratching and damaging. In addition, any structure shall be sustained individually.
        In violation of these, Shanghai International Conference Center shall be entitled to claim
        against the offenders for compensation and penalty.
3.11    In case where suspension center is needed to be placed within the venue, the installation
        contractor shall report the suspension weight to Shanghai Yizhong Events Promotion Service
        Co., Ltd in advance. After obtaining the approval from competent organs, it shall conduct the
        construction under the supervision of the Engineering Department of Shanghai International
        Conference Center.
3.12    For reference, the maximum load bearing of the exhibition halls and floors is no more than 300
        kilograms per square meter, and inner door dimension, please refer to venue introduction. A
        prior application to Shanghai International Conference Center will be necessary for the entry of
        any article with sizable dimension.
3.13    Power consumption requirements:

      01)   The installation of electric circuit and equipment shall only be handled by electricians with
            post certificate. Plastic sheath, quadruple insulating joints and bridge-crossing protection
            shall be applied;
      02)   High-power halogen lamp, neon light and flexible wire are prohibited in the process of
            installation and exhibition. Light fitting must always be arranged 50 cm away from
            combustibles. Light power supply on the exhibition board and stage (if any) must be treated
            with fireproof paint;
      03) Power consumption forecast made by the exhibitor shall conform to the actual needs of
          installation and events. If not, Power Consumption Application Form will not be approved;
      04)   Total power consumption for the installation and exhibition shall not exceed the power
            consumption forecast. The exhibitors are also required to maintain the circuit capacity
            distribution in equilibrium, standardized route planning and maximum load limit for each
            circuit. In violation of these, Shanghai International Conference Center shall be entitled to
            shut down the power supply for such exhibitor;

      05) Certain self-provided electric apparatus, such as lamps, plug socket and power switch, shall
          not be connected into the circuit;
      06)   Exhibitors shall submit the management fee, power consumption application and move-out
            deposit to Shanghai Yizhong Events Promotion Service Co., Ltd. before proceeding with the
            move-in procedures.
3.14    Passageway requirements:

        The installation and arrangement of booth, exhibits, advertisement boards and stage shall not
        obstruct the application of fire control facilities within the concerning area. In addition, the
        length of span for escape route shall be no less than 3 meters; the width of rear passageway for
        exhibition hall or booth, no less than 0.6 meter; and the number of exit passageways, no less
        than 3. All the above-mentioned passageways shall be kept clear and free from stocks or
        exhibits, and all escape exits shall be opened and cleared from jamming, Fire prevention space
        shall be left for all fire control facilities in the process of installation.
3.15    The exhibition halls and the conference center are not allowed to be used for the purpose of
        processing. Only installation and assembling are permitted.
3.16    The operation and maintenance of machinery exhibits, such as diesel locomotive, automobile,
        motor and various kinds of gasoline or diesel engine are not allowed within the venue. In
        particular, oil tanks shall be emptied and battery cells shall be dismounted.
3.17    Inflammable and explosive goods, hazardous chemicals, poisonous and detrimental gas and
        radioactive substance are strictly prohibited in Shanghai International Conference Center. Under
        special circumstances, the exhibitor may apply to public security organs for approval 1 month
        prior to the entry to the Center and file detailed information for record. The exhibitor shall
        move into the designated location only after public security organ conduct safety appraisal and
        provides protective measures.
3.18    It is strictly prohibited to set off fireworks and crackers within the perimeter of Shanghai
        International Conference Center. Open fire (cold fireworks inclusive) is also prohibited within
        the Center. Construction staff is not allowed to smoke within the Center (washrooms inclusive).
3.19    Upon the completion of installation, all packing materials and remaining articles must be
        removed out of the venue.
3.20    It is prohibited to carry foods (e.g. lunch box, drinks and fruits) into Shanghai International
         Conference Center.
3.21    Please refer to Exhibitors Admission Rules. Shanghai International Conference Center shall be
        entitled to claim against the offenders for compensation and penalty


                    4. Regulations on Standard Exhibition Stand Set-up


4.1 No extensions are permitted to be built on to standard exhibition stands. No nails or holes
    whatsoever are permitted to put into the walls and floor during set-up. Please contact Shanghai
    Yizhong Events Promotion Service Co., Ltd. for further information and assistance if
    experiencing problems during set-up.
4.2 All equipment including decorations, exhibits, the exhibiting company’s signboard, promotional
    materials, lighting equipment and other signs, etc. within the standard exhibition stand must not
    exceed 2.5 meters and must not exceed the specified stand boundaries.
4.3 All standard exhibition stand signboards and carpet colors shall be decided by the organizing
    committee and exhibitors shall not make any unauthorized changes, including changes to the
    board’s structure, font, color and contents.

4.4   Exhibitors with standard exhibition stands must not move the stand to a vacant space without
      authorization, and must not change its basic structure or remove any of its parts. Applications for
      any changes to standard exhibition stands must be lodged with the organizing committee at least
      one month before the exhibition opens and shall only be implemented after receiving the
      organizing committee’s approval.


                                       5. Notice on Move Out


5.1   No exhibits or equipment used in the exhibition can be removed from the exhibition hall during
      the exhibition period unless special approval has been granted.
5.2   All companies participating in the exhibition shall provide a list of all exhibits and exhibition
      instruments prior to exhibition closure to enable the organizing committee to administer the
      stand vacating procedures in a timely manner.
5.3   After the exhibition closes, all companies participating in the exhibition shall remove all exhibits
      and shall vacate the exhibition hall according to the “outer first inner last” convention principle,
      where those stands nearest to the exits shall vacate the exhibition hall before those stands that are
      further away from the exits.
5.4   After the exhibition hall has been closed, personal goods or laptops that can be immediately
      moved away shall be removed from the exhibition hall by exhibitors. If storage services have
      been arranged by exhibitors, the delivery of goods can only be carried out before the exhibition
      opens or after the exhibition closes; if goods need to be delivered outside of these times, please
      contact the organizing committee or the specified forwarding agent.
5.5   The exhibition shall end at 17 p.m. on 12th May. Exhibitors can only vacate after this time. The
      organizing committee shall consider any exhibits and stand materials remaining as unwanted
      goods and shall have the right to remove all such goods, while exhibitors shall bear the costs
      associated with the removal of these goods.



                6. Rules and Regulations for Exhibition Participation

7.1   Contract Compliance
      All exhibitors and working staff at exhibition stands shall comply with the following rules and
      regulations and terms & conditions stipulated in the exhibition contract during the period of the
      exhibition.
7.2   China Exhibition Rules
      General rules for exhibitions in China: Exhibition stand contractors and agents for vacant spaces
      shall cooperate with relevant local institutions:
      A Construction fees, taxes and other fees shall be paid to the exhibition organization, the
           association or the government.
      B Product publicizing materials must comply with the following rules:
      (i) Please do not distinguish Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macao as individual countries;
      (ii) Publicizing materials shall not include content that breaches the code of ethics;
      (iii) Publicizing materials shall not include content that distorts the image or infringes on the
             rights or otherwise of the host country or other countries;
      (iv) Please produce any maps of China in accordance with the existing standards.
7.3   Liability and Insurance
      In the case that the exhibition is postponed, shortened or extended, the organizing committee
      shall have the right to decide whether to return the exhibition stand rental charge or provide
      compensation to exhibitors and their working staff.

     In order to prevent compensation claims for exhibition hall damage or personal injuries caused
     by exhibitors or other service suppliers, it is recommended that exhibitors individually purchase
     insurance covering exhibit safety. The exhibition hall shall not bear any legal or financial
     compensation liabilities for risks involving exhibitors, visitors or their personal goods or
     exhibits.
7.4  Lessees shall promise to respect intellectual property rights. Lessees shall prevent any
     exhibitors or exhibits that may cause intellectual property right disputes from participating in
     the exhibition. The exhibition organization shall not bear any liabilities for disputes or losses
     caused by intellectual property rights.
7.5  Exhibition Stand Operating Management
     Exhibition stands shall remain open until the last day of the exhibition period and shall be fully
     operated by working staff. Exhibits shall not be torn down or re-packed before the exhibition
     ends. Exhibitors and their staff may only carry out activities within their own exhibition stand
     area boundaries. Exhibitors shall not participate in any activities that may disturb visitors or
     other exhibitors. With the exception of seeking local agents to sell goods, commercial
     promotion or investigation activities and recruitment activities in the exhibition hall are
     prohibited. It must be ensured that all activities of people participating in the exhibition do not
     injure or cause injuries to others and do not damage exhibits, property and facilities in the
     exhibition hall.
7.6  Customs Declaration
     All goods must go through customs procedures before entering the exhibition hall. Only the
     forwarding agent specified by the exhibition can act as an agent to help exhibitors go through
     customs entry and clearance procedures for exhibits. Exhibitors can directly contact the
     forwarding agent specified by the exhibition or inquire about relevant customs entry and
     clearance procedures. Please note: any goods that have not been through customs clearance
     procedures shall not be taken out of the exhibition hall. Exhibitors shall comply with this
     stipulation in order to not delay operating work in the exhibition hall.
7.7  Unless Party A’s written approval has been obtained in advance for special activities, lessees
     and parties bound by covenant shall not bring weapons, ammunition, powder, chemical goods,
     petrol or any goods that Party A thinks are dangerous, including other explosive flammable
     goods, wireless active materials and other goods prohibited by laws or government into the
     exhibition hall or any part of it, exhibits and any area inside the exhibition hall.
7.8  Information Material Inspection
     All publicizing materials, issued materials and video tapes, video disks, sound tapes, etc. can
     only be used in the exhibition hall after having been through customs inspections. Exhibitors
     should directly contact the specified forwarding agent for detailed information.
     Please note: Exhibitors must strictly comply with the aforementioned rules and regulations.
     Government officers shall carry out random sample inspections throughout the exhibition.
7.9  Exhibition Stand Cleaning
     The organizing committee shall be responsible for cleaning public areas and standard exhibition
     stands (exhibitors shall be responsible for cleaning exhibits). Exhibitors shall maintain clean
     exhibition stands. It is kindly requested that all exhibitors leave trash boxes in passageways
     before the exhibition opens or after the exhibition closes each day to enable working staff to
     clean. Vacant exhibition stands shall be cleaned by vacant space set-up contractors.
7.10 Exhibit Demonstrations and Promotional Activities
     Exhibitors shall pay attention to the following issues if they intend to demonstrate equipment
     operation in the exhibition hall:
     (a) Exhibitors shall provide the exhibition organization with information on any equipment and
          accompanying accessories that they intend to operate. Exhibitors shall apply in advance to
          the exhibition organization and relevant government departments for permission to operate
          any flammable materials, laser or other dangerous goods in the exhibition hall;
     (b) All exhibit demonstrations or publicizing activities shall be carried out within the exhibition
          stand area;
     (c) Linear lights, flashing lights, and other similar lighting equipment are not permitted to be

            used in the exhibition hall, unless they are part of other equipment;
       (d) Carry out inspections before any demonstrations to ensure all equipment is completely fixed
            and all lids are covered;
       (e) In order to ensure public safety, appropriate distances should be maintained from
            demonstrated equipment to visitors and working staff;
       (f) Operating demonstrations must be strictly controlled to ensure public safety. For equipment
            that may potentially harm visitors, please take the necessary measures to maintain a safe
            distance between the exhibits and visitors;
       (g) If exhaust gases are emitted when certain equipment is operated, exhibitors shall establish a
            gas discharge system to ensure the safety of people in attendance;
       (h) Welding and demonstrations that produce gases and fire are prohibited in the exhibition
            hall.
7.11   Sound Volume
       If exhibitors carry out promotional activities using TV screens, TV or other video and sound
       equipment, they are required to ensure the volume is as low as possible to ensure this does not
       disturb other exhibitors or visitors. If applicable, please install speakers or other sound
       equipment facing towards the inside of the respective exhibition stand. If the sound emitted
       exceeds 70dB, the organizing committee shall have the right to immediately terminate all
       related exhibiting activities and to not return any relevant expenses to exhibitors or provide any
       compensation. Exhibitors shall be responsible for audio-visual equipment installed in the
       exhibition stand and shall supervise the operation of such equipment by visitors and employees.
7.12   Filming and Photography
       Taking photographs, video and sound recording are not permitted unless approved by the
       organizing committee in advance. Exhibitors shall have the right to forbid visitors from taking
       photographs or filming exhibits. If exhibitors discover people in attendance filming their
       exhibits or activities at the exhibition stand, they have the right to refuse to be filmed and can
       immediately terminate filming.
7.13   Fire Precautions
       To ensure safety, all materials used to set up exhibition stands must be inflammable. Smoking
       is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall at any time, including when setting up exhibition
       stands, during the exhibition and when vacating the exhibition hall. If anybody discovers a fire,
       they should first remain calm and then activate the fire alarm to inform the fire brigade or
       guards. In addition, if operating flammable equipment, exhibitors shall prepare fire extinguisher
       themselves to maintain safety.
7.14   Exhibition Hall Damage
       The organizing committee and the exhibition hall head shall inspect the exhibition hall before
       any project is carried out for the exhibition and after all exhibitors have moved out. In the case
       those exhibitors, their agents, contractors or anybody employed by agents or contractors
       damage the exhibition hall, or anything therein, exhibitors shall bear the full repair and
       maintenance costs for such damage. Exhibitors with standard exhibition stands shall also bear
       maintenance costs for damage caused by exhibitors, their agents, contractors or anybody
       employed by agents or contractors according to the standard exhibition stand’s structure, area,
       lighting equipment or all other supporting equipment related to the standard exhibition stand.
       Maintenance costs shall be valued by contractors specified by the convention and collected
       from relevant exhibitors.
7.15   Management Rules for Water, Electricity and Gas Usage
           The exhibition hall project department is a specialist department that manages water,
               electricity and gas usage.
           The exhibition organization shall make every effort to ensure connections and
               distribution boxes are not fixed on passageways and exhibition stands (vacant spaces and
               standard exhibition stands), however, this may still occur.
           All electricity for temporary usage shall be used at the positions specified by electricians
               from the exhibition hall project department. Unauthorized electricity connections are
               prohibited.

 The power supply shall be switched off 15 minutes after the exhibition closes each day.
  The exhibition shall receive a power supply from 30 minutes before the exhibition opens
  to 15 minutes after the exhibition closes each day. Facilities and areas that require 24
  hour power supply shall be indicated in the application. In the case that engineers
  consider that power supplies or devices may endanger or disturb visitors or other
  exhibitors, the organizing committee shall retain the right to terminate the power supply.
 Construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the “Safety Standards of
  Electric Work Installation and Construction of P.R. China”. Electricity connections shall
  always be in accordance with the load and electricity usage requirements and shall never
  be overloaded. Classified protection shall be implemented on different circuits. Circuits
  with different voltages shall be set up separately. Open distribution boards shall be
  installed securely and shall be fitted with rain protection equipment.
 All wires used for electric work shall be double-layered insulating wires or cables.
  Insulting shields shall be added and fixed when these wires are set on passageways and
  the use of single-layered insulting wires such as violet wire, plastic parallel wires and
  twisted-pair cables shall be strictly prohibited. Metal exhibition shelves that use
  electricity shall have reliable ground wires (flexible copper wires no less than 2.5 square
  millimeters shall be used). All ground wires and neutral protections of electrical
  appliances shall not be used together or mixed for use.
 Exhibitors shall not be allowed to use sockets in the standard exhibition stands for
  equipment with high power requirements such as electric kettles, electric furnaces,
  electric cookers, electric irons and other lamps for personal use. Sockets in the standard
  exhibition stand shall only be used to supply power for computers, printers, fax machines,
  TVs, etc. and extension sockets must not be used.
 Please ensure that exhibits are in line with the standards listed in the fifth type exhibition
  hall material; otherwise exhibitors shall prepare their own transformers, adapters or
  regulators. Please prepare your own current stabilizers to protect against occasional
  variances in mains voltage. In the case that exhibitor’s equipment has special
  requirements (such as low voltage) or has special voltage requirements, it is
  recommended that exhibitors shall prepare their own instruments to ensure regular
  operation of their equipment.
 Power installations (including wires, electric boxes, etc.) shall be fixed; however, they
  cannot be hung from the exhibition hall ceiling or fixed on any part of the exhibition hall
  and cannot exceed the area of the exhibition stand.
 A current leakage protection switch with the capacity to match power consumption shall
  be installed at the inlet of the electric box at the exhibition stand and the installation
  position shall be designed and applied appropriately. This shall be installed at an obvious,
  safe and easily operational position and shall not be sealed by any means. Electric box
  openings (with a size not less than 50cm × 50cm) and enough operating space shall be
  retained to enable electricians to connect electricity and repair.
 Where exhibition hall engineers consider the power supply or relevant equipment may
  cause danger or disturbance to visitors or other exhibitors, the exhibition hall shall retain
  the right to terminate the power supply.
 There shall be holes for heat discharge and inspection in the lighting set for sign
  advertising used in the exhibition hall. Wooden lighting set for sign advertising shall be
  sprayed with fireproof coatings. Fluorescent lamp amperite in the lighting set for sign
  advertising shall be kept a safe distance from flammable materials. Lamps over 100W
  shall be used with porcelain lamp sockets.
 Linear lights, flashing lights and neon lamps shall not be used for exhibition stand
  decoration. Iodine-tungsten high-temperature lamps without covers are prohibited from
  use. Electric heating appliances without effective protection such as electric irons and
  electric furnaces are also prohibited from use.
 The exhibition organization shall provide dry and compressed air, however, please
  understand the air may still contain water and oil. In the case that exhibitors require dry
  air, please prepare your own filters or other accessories.

7.16   Regulations on Security and Fire Precaution Management
         Enterprises participating in the exhibition shall be responsible for management of their
             own exhibits. Exhibition hall guards shall only be responsible for security management
             of the exhibition hall;
         All people entering the exhibition hall and working staff at the exhibition hall shall wear
             their valid certificates, uniformly printed by the host company, on their chests and shall
             pro-actively obey and cooperate with the guards during certificate and security
             inspections. Certificate holders can enter the relevant exhibition areas, but are not
             permitted to enter unauthorized areas in the exhibition hall;
         It is strictly prohibited to lend certificates to other people or bring other people without
             certificates into the exhibition hall;
         Exhibits and samples can only be taken out of the exhibition hall with a pass issued by
             the organizing committee during the exhibition period;
         Taking virulent goods, flammable and explosive goods and radioactive goods into the
             exhibition hall is strictly prohibited;
         During the exhibition period, all exhibition participants shall be responsible for their own
             personal belongings such as mobile telephones, laptops, handbags, etc. Before the
             exhibition closes each day, precious exhibits and samples shall be kept in the exhibition
             case or safe, or other effective protection measures shall be taken. In the case of theft,
             remain calm and immediately report the incident to and positively cooperate with the
             guards in attendance and allow them to handle the matter;
         All exhibition participants shall strictly comply with the exhibition opening and closing
             times in order to prevent exhibits being lost due to lateness or early departure;
         In accordance with fire precaution regulations, miscellaneous goods and empty exhibit
             boxes shall not be placed on passageways or at the back of exhibition stands. If such an
             incident is discovered, the exhibition organization shall have the right to remove them
             without notice. If exhibitors retain miscellaneous goods that cause fire, exhibitors shall
             be responsible for the consequences arising from this. Passageways shall be left
             unobstructed when exhibits are taken into the exhibition hall, exhibition stands are under
             construction and exhibits are being unpacked.
         No company or individual shall place goods or materials in public areas such as
             passageways, or beside walls or column sides, etc. All types of exhibits, publicizing
             materials or other signs shall not be randomly discarded, positioned, pasted, nailed or
             hung deliberately at places that contain fire-fighting facilities or air conditioner
             ventilation inlets. Passageways, exits, power distribution boxes and routes to fire
             precaution facilities shall not be obstructed. Where this is violated, the exhibition hall
             management shall have the right to remove the obstructing goods and exhibitors shall
             bear all the risks and costs arising from this;
         No type of pressure vessel (such as air compressors, gas cylinders, etc.) can be used or
             stored in the exhibition hall.
         Fire, flammable and explosive goods along with radioactive, poisonous and corrosive
             goods are prohibited while maintenance work is being carried out.
         To ensure safety, all materials used to set up exhibition stands shall be inflammable
             materials. Goods such grass, bamboo, vine, wood, foam, flammable plastic board,
             flammable carpet, cloth, etc. that have not been through anti-flaming treatment are
             prohibited from being used for fitting out and decorating. In addition, if it is possible for
             equipment to catch fire while operating, exhibitors shall prepare their own fire
             extinguishers to maintain safety.
         If any issues are not mentioned in these regulations, then the “Fire Prevention Law of
             P.R. China” shall be used to cover all such issues.
         The exhibition hall organization shall provide a basic security service, but lessees and the
             host company still need to remind exhibitors to take care of their own property,
             particularly precious, small and easily removed articles, and to raise their levels of
             alertness.

        Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall at all times, including exhibition
           stand set up periods, during the exhibition and when vacating the exhibition hall. In the
           case that anyone violates this, the exhibition hall shall have the right to prevent him / her
           from entering the exhibition hall.
7.17 Exhibition Hall Ownership
     The organizing committee shall possess the ownership rights to the exhibition hall throughout
     the exhibition. The organizing committee shall comply with the rules and regulations of the
     exhibition hall management, Ministry of Information Technology of P.R. China, China State
     Security Bureau and all relevant government institutes.

Remarks:
1. In order to ensure that all safety regulations are conducted, set-up parties (contractors) should
   submit the above application forms to the organizer before the deadline so as to obtain Set-up
   Working Permit.
2. Contractors for raw spaces must pay the exhibition hall installation management fee, and pay
   despite for trash cleaning and transportation.
3. In view of the fact that some past contractors for vacant space / special booth damaged the
   exhibition space and left large quantity of trash during construction, the exhibition hall owner

       now require every vacant space / special booth to pay a deposit of RMB250 per square meter
       per exhibition, the deposit will be fully refunded after the exhibition hall was vacated if no
       notice was received regarding any damage to the exhibition venue, trash cleaning cost, or other
       balance due to the exhibition venue owner. It will otherwise be used to cover the compensation
       claimed by the exhibition hall owner.

    4. On or before 29        April, exhibitors who have leased raw space must submit four
       documents for the approval the exhibition venue owner, these include: Floor plans
       (including vertical view and side view, indicating dimensions), 3D Representation, Layout
       of Electrical Equipment and Power Monograph, Certificate of Conformity (Copy) of Fire
       Safety Detection of Main Construction Materials ( or Guarantee of the company), All
       graphics must include full dimensions, in case the exhibition organizer may think any of the
       construction plan doesn’t conform to required specifications of the exhibition, the organizer
       have the right to ask the exhibitor to change its design, and all expenses caused by this shall be
       paid by the exhibitor.
    5. Electric supply need to be applied to the contractor specified by the convention, please refer to
      FORM 3 for details。
    6. Please refer to Exhibitors Admission Rules for regulations regarding construction.

     All exhibitor need to register at the exhibition hall, level 1, Shanghai
International Convention Center from 09:00 to 17:00 on 9th May, Exhibition Set-up Working Permit
will be issued after the registration. Exhibitor will only be allow to enter and start the exhibitor set-up
with the permit

     A certain number of working permit (two for each standard booth) will be issued to exhibitors,
all exhibitor need to submit the required form to the exhibition organizer before the deadline, the
organizing committee have the right to deny the application and entrance of personnel that do not
belong to the exhibitor’s company.

    Exhibition Set-up Working Permit can only be used during the exhibition set-up and vacating, it
cannot be used to enter the exhibition hall during the convention.
